Congratulations to all the awesome kids & parents who completed the YoKid Challenge this past weekend. It was a tall order to take on all those sun salutations: you are all yoga super-stars! New to Richmond, Virginia, YoKid provides kids yoga classes to help children from all socioeconomic backgrounds foster self-awareness. With greater self-awareness, children can realize their full potential physically, academically, socially, and emotionally.
It is our belief that ALL children should have the ability to participate in kids yoga with highly qualified instructors.
YoKid provides on-site Kids Yoga and Meditation Classes for schools, community centers, recreation centers, and in collaboration with other nonprofit organizations.
